Core Training
Team Carvalho offers the latest word in fitness: Core Training. It is a sequence of workouts (levels of 10, 12, or more) targeted and diversified, performed in fast and varied repetitions.
Classes begin with stretching and flexibility exercises using big Swiss balls to stretch the body. Followed by repetitions done at 30-second intervals; the fastest possible is at 15-second intervals between repetitions.
All movements are repeated and depending on student level the number of exercises changes also.
Each exercise targets a different part of the body, all muscles is exercised (especially the midsection). Posture is improved and the body is strengthened from within. Exercises change almost everyday and therefore the classes are never monotonous.
